Aaron Lakeman of Tualatin, returning to form again after a series of injuries, won the Three Rivers League titles in the 1,500 meters (4:07.71) and 800 meters (1:57.46) and split 50 seconds on the winning 4x400 relay (3:23.23). The senior, who ran 4:07.74 for the full mile in 2022, remains unsigned as he nears graduation.
